Great company. We had a couple of quotes on powerwashing our house and rear patio. Rossi wasn't the lowest quote, but right out the gate he separated himself by asking what brand of paint was used on the house because one brand reacts to the wash solution causing spotting, staining, and discoloration. None of the other companies mentioned this! Potential for disaster.
I wasn't certain what brand of paint was used, so Rossi came back out another day to do a spot test and it turned out well. He was very knowledgeable and openly offered up ideas and solutions to my multiple questions and concerns.
His guys showed up on time, were personable, professional, and informative. It took the better part of a whole day, but it was a big job. In the end, the house looked decades younger and the our enormous brick patio, practically, looked brand new.
In fact, it looked so good, my neighbor came out and hired them to do his house, too!

Rossi Power Washing ticks all the boxes for us. He & his crew are friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. The business is up to date technically. I was able to communicate anytime with questions with a quick response.
The job made all the difference in the world for me. Due to illness (yadda) I was unable to keep up. My brother recommended and felt the fee quite fair. We did a walk around the house & I learned a lot from him. Al even threw in some extras.
